Delete Your LiveSpot Account

Request Deletion In The App

1. Open LiveSpot.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Account settings.
4. Choose Delete account.
5. Submit the request.

If You Cannot Access The App

Email support@livespot.pt with:

• The email address linked to your LiveSpot account.
• A short note saying you want to delete your account.
• Optional context that helps us verify and process the request.

What Will Be Deleted

LiveSpot will delete or anonymize account data associated with the user where technically and legally possible, including profile data, saved events, followed venues, hidden venues, push tokens, and account-linked preferences.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, moderation history, or business records. Partner-created public venue/event content may require manual review before removal because it can affect public listings and other users.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests as quickly as possible. If verification is needed, we may contact the account email before completing deletion.
