Community Guidelines
Purpose
LiveSpot should help people find real, safe, and useful live music experiences. These guidelines apply to venue profiles, events, images, links, reports, and partner/admin submissions.
Allowed Content
- Real venues and live music events.
- Accurate event titles, artists, dates, times, prices, ticket links, and venue details.
- Images and descriptions that represent the venue or event honestly.
Not Allowed
- Illegal, hateful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening content.
- Sexually exploitative content, nudity used in a misleading context, or unsafe content involving minors.
- Spam, scams, fake events, misleading promotions, impersonation, or phishing links.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Dangerous instructions, violent threats, or content that encourages harm.
Reports and Hiding Content
Users can report events and venues in the app. Users can also hide a venue so its events no longer appear after the event list refreshes.
Moderation
LiveSpot may review reports, contact partners, edit incorrect details, hide content, remove content, or restrict accounts. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent removal from LiveSpot.
Partner Responsibility
Partners are responsible for keeping venue and event data accurate and lawful. If event details change, partners should update or cancel the event promptly.
