Service

LiveSpot helps people discover live music events and venues. Some content is created by LiveSpot, partners, venues, or internal admins.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate information. LiveSpot may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the service, publish misleading content, abuse reports, or violate community guidelines.

Partner Content

Partners are responsible for ensuring venue and event information is accurate, lawful, safe, and up to date. This includes titles, descriptions, dates, prices, ticket links, images, and contact details.

User Actions

Users can save events, follow venues, add events to a calendar, receive notifications, report content, hide venues, and request account deletion.

Prohibited Use

Users and partners may not publish illegal, hateful, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, violent, spammy, infringing, or unsafe content. Users may not attempt to disrupt LiveSpot, scrape the service, bypass security, or impersonate others.

Moderation

LiveSpot may review, edit, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts to protect users, comply with law, or meet App Store and Play Store requirements.

Availability

LiveSpot is provided as-is during early testing and may change, pause, or remove features as the product evolves.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion inside the app or through the account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, moderation, or fraud-prevention reasons.
